Return  Eligibility

Do we accept returns? Yes.

How many days do customers have to return a product? 60 days from the date of delivery.

What is the return charge/restocking fee? No

How will customers obtain the return label? The customer is responsible for all returns with the appropriate return authorization number (RMA) unless the order has been determined to be a defect.

1.1 60-Day Return Period: You are welcome to return eligible products within 60 days from the date of delivery.

1.2 Eligibility Criteria: For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:

a) The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, accessories, and other items in the original package.
b) The product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
c) you can exchange Navy Cargo Pants Size XXS for Size S or even opt for Wine Cargo Pants in any size/length. However, exchanges between different styles, such as exchanging Cargo Pants for Joggers, are not allowed. This rule also applies to tops - you can exchange the One Pocket Top for any color/size One Pocket Top, but exchanging it for a Three-Pocket Top is not permitted. In such cases, you can choose to return the product for a full refund and then proceed to place a new order.
1.3 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are ineligible for return:

a) Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
b) Products lacking the original packaging, accessories, or proof of purchase.
c) Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
1.4 Damage & Issue: We accept damaged products; the item must be unused and in its original condition.

Return Process

2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the 60-day return period. You can reach us through the following Contact Us Page.

2.2 Return Authorization: Go to the return section, enter your order number and the return will be initiated. No need to contact customer support.

2.3 Return Shipping: The return cost is free if the product is determined to be a defect. We recommend utilizing a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure the secure return of the product. The return shipping address is as follows:


2.4 Condition Assessment: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm its eligibility for a refund. If the product meets the return criteria mentioned in section 1.2, we will proceed with the refund.

Refunds

3.1 Refund Process: If the returned product qualifies for a refund, we will process it to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

3.2 Refund Amount: The refund will encompass the purchase price paid for the returned product. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
